"Wedding Reception Flowers" Part 2 of 9 - The Foyer or Entrance to Your Wedding Reception
The foyer, or entrance to your Wedding Reception is an important part of your guests' experience. They arrive at the Wedding Reception, and what is there to greet them? This is the first impression your guests will have as an indicator of what is coming for the rest of the day or evening. Make a statement here by wowing your guests with something as a focal point. What you choose will set the mood and tone for your Wedding Reception.
In the photos below I show a sample of a few things we have created at Bloom Room.
In the first photo the white paper bags with red ribbon are positioned to form a pathway into the Wedding Reception tent - the Wedding Ceremony took place just a few hundred yards away...
The second photo shows curly willow trees with handmade guest name tags which include the guest's name, table number and a lucite star as a keepsake. These where positioned at the entrance to the cocktail area.
The last photo is in the entrance foyer - more curly willow with single blooms of cymbidium orchids tied on with ribbon. Here you get the height and accent without breaking the bank. This is a budget-friendly design.

Check Back next friday for Part 3 of "Wedding Reception Flowers" - re-Purposing the Wedding Ceremony Flowers
